Service Agreement / Event Contract
This agreement outlines expectations between the client and Evolution Air Designs.

• Provide correct event details: address, time, access, venue rules, load-in instructions.
   
• Ensure clear and safe access for setup.
   
• Obtain venue approval for décor, stands, balloons, or installations prior to arrival.
   

• Deliver décor as agreed upon in invoice/design proposal.
   
• Communicate promptly regarding updates or adjustments.
   
• Provide safe, professional installation within design limits and space restrictions.
   

• Minor variations may occur based on product availability.
   
• Artistic discretion may be used for structural safety and final quality.
   

• All rented props, stands, numbers, and decor remain property of Evolution Air Designs.
   
• Damaged, stolen, or unreturned items will incur replacement fees.
   

• $25 design fee due before design work begins (non-refundable).
   
• Final balance due by the deadline on invoice.
   
• Unpaid balances may result in cancellation.
   

Payment of the deposit or design fee signifies full agreement to this contract.
