By booking a service, making a payment, or interacting with Evolution Air Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Evolution Air Designs specializes in custom balloon decor for events such as weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate events, and other celebrations. Services may include delivery, on-site installation, and teardown.

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to secure your event date.
   
• Full payment is due 48hrs before the event.
   
• Dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
   
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
   

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
   
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
   
• In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, extreme weather), Evolution Air Designs will work with the client to reschedule the event at no additional cost.
   

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, access details, and sufficient time for setup.
   
• Any changes to the event location, timing, or design must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
   
• Client must ensure the venue allows balloon installations and has any required permits.
   

• Balloon colors, materials, and accessories are subject to availability. In case of supply shortages, substitutions may be made with comparable alternatives.
   
• All design inspiration photos shared by clients will be interpreted and recreated in our own artistic style unless a custom replica is requested in writing.
   

• Balloons and decor exposed to direct sunlight, wind, rain, or heat may deflate or burst.
   
• Evolution Air Designs is not responsible for weather-related damages or decor longevity at outdoor events.
   
• For outdoor events, we recommend shaded or sheltered areas whenever possible.
   

• Once setup is complete, all decor becomes the responsibility of the client or event organizer.
   
• We are not liable for injuries or damages caused by improper handling of balloons or installations by guests, vendors, or venue staff.
   
• Balloon decor should be kept away from open flames, sharp objects, and extreme heat.
   

• Evolution Air Designs reserves the right to photograph completed installations and use them for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.
   
• If you do not want images of your event shared publicly, please notify us in writing before your event date.
   

• All design concepts, sketches, and branded materials created by Evolution Air Designs remain the property of the business and may not be copied, altered, or reused without written permission.
   

Evolution Air Designs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted to our website or sent via email when applicable.
