By accessing this website or booking services with Evolution Air Designs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, site visitors, and anyone who purchases or reserves services through our platform, in person, or by invoice.

                                                                                               Booking & Payments

• A $25 non-refundable design fee is required to begin any custom design or proposal.
   
• This fee is credited toward your final balance only if you proceed with booking.
   
• Events are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and a date is secured.
   
• Full payment must be made by the due date listed on your invoice.
   
• Late payments may result in cancellation, additional fees, or rescheduling based on availability.
   
• All prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
   

• Deposits are non-refundable as inventory, design time, and date-holding begins immediately.
   
• If a customer cancels their event, the deposit is forfeited.
   
• If you need to reschedule, we will attempt to accommodate your new date based on availability.
   
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
   
• In the rare case Evolution Air Designs must cancel, customers will receive a full refund of deposits paid.
   

• All designs are customized to each client’s needs and may vary slightly based on availability, location, venue rules, and inventory.
   
• Evolution Air Designs maintains full artistic direction to create designs that are safe, structurally sound, and visually consistent with our standards.
   
• Balloons, props, rental items, and florals may vary in shade, tone, or finish due to manufacturing limitations.
   

• Any rentals (backdrops, props, pedestals, marquee numbers, stands, or displays) remain the property of Evolution Air Designs.
   
• The client is responsible for keeping rentals in good condition while in their possession.
   
• Damaged, stolen, or unreturned items will incur replacement fees.
   

• Weather conditions may affect setup and design quality. This includes wind, heat, rain, cold, or uneven surfaces.
   
• Evolution Air Designs is not responsible for damage caused by weather, venue restrictions, or interference by third parties.
   
• No refunds are issued for weather-related issues outside of our control.
   

• Evolution Air Designs reserves the right to photograph installations for marketing and portfolio purposes.
   
• Client privacy is respected; no identifying personal information will be disclosed without consent.
   

• Balloons can pose a choking/health hazard. Children should not be left unsupervised near balloon décor.
   
• Latex allergies must be disclosed during booking. We are not responsible for reactions or undisclosed health risks.
   

• Evolution Air Designs is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by balloon installations, misuse, improper handling, or environmental conditions.
   
• By booking, the client accepts responsibility for event layout, venue policies, and guest safety.
